Accepted abstracts will be included in the Journal of Clinical Rheumatology and Immunology (JCRI).

Abstract Submission Guidelines:
1. A submitted abstract should be limited to 400 words with up to 2 additional tables/figures. Fifty words should be deducted for every figure/ table that is included.
2. Abstract must be original and must not be published before.
3. Abstract should be prepared in a structured format as follows:
(a) Background, (b) Methods, (c) Results and (d) Conclusion
4. All abstracts must be submitted online by 1 September 2023, 23:59 (HKT). Abstracts submitted via postal mail, fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
5. Before submitting an abstract, the submitter will have to create an online registration account first at the ICCR 2023 online system.
6. A confirmation email will be sent to the submitter if the abstract submission is successful.
7. The presenter of an accepted abstract must register as a paying delegate to attend the Conference. Otherwise, the accepted abstract will not be included in the Conference programme.
8. The Organising Committee reserves the right to select abstracts for oral or poster presentation.
Best Presenter Awards (3 awards) will be granted for recognition of the outstanding works. The awards will be presented in the Conference Closing Ceremony. All the awardees should attend the award presentation in person.
Travel Bursaries for Top 20 Overseas Abstract Submitters
A travel bursary will be offered to the Top 20 overseas abstract submitters (residing outside Hong Kong) and includes:

Two-nights hotel accommodation (24-25 November, single use) in designated travel bursary hotel

a cash amount of USD 600 for travel expenses
