Registration Category

The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).

The fee includes scientific sessions on 25-26 November, access to exhibition, coffee/tea, lunch symposia, other functions listed on the programme, registration materials and e-certificate of attendance.

Method of Payment
Payment of registration fee (in Hong Kong Dollars) must be made by credit card.

Letter of Invitation
On request, the Secretariat will send a letter of invitation by email to participant to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply leave or travel arrangement / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.

Cancellation Policy 
All cancellation of registration must be made in writing via email to the ICCR 2023 Secretariat as per schedule below:
On or before 15 October 2023: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
After 15 October 2023: No cancellation request will be entertained. 
A replacement or transfer is allowed provided that the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the participant to be replaced. Please note that replacement is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 15 October 2023.  

Rules and Regulations

• Registration will only be processed after full payment.  
• Written confirmation by email will be sent upon receipt of registration with full payment. If you are not able to receive the confirmation within two weeks, please contact the ICCR 2023 Secretariat.  
• For those who registered as HKSR member, the Organiser reserves the right to charge the difference of member and non-member rate if the registered participant is not on the membership list by the time of registration. 
• The programme is subject to change without prior notice.  In the unlikely event of cancellation of the meeting, the only liability of the Organiser is to refund the registration fee. 
• There may be photography, filming and sound recording at the event. By participating this event, you agree to be photographed, filmed or sound recorded, and agree to have your images and sounds (which may include your identifiable images and sounds) being used by the Organiser in the future promotional materials. If you do not agree that your identifiable images and sounds to be used, please contact the Organiser so that necessary arrangements could be made.
