Exhibitor Identification Badge
Each 9 sq.m. booth will be provided with TWO (2) exhibitor badges. Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibition area (coffee breaks, lunches, opening ceremony, welcome reception and closing ceremony) only. To allow flexibility, we will only print the company name on the exhibitor badge for easy identification. Sponsors will receive the entitled number of exhibitor badges per their committed sponsorship package.

Each additional exhibitor badge will be charged at HKD 600. They are entitled to coffee and tea, opening ceremony and closing ceremony.   Lunch and welcome reception are not included.

Contractor Badge Admission is limited to the exhibition area only for move-in and move-out on specified days.

Notes:
  • For custom-built booths on ‘raw space’, design and construction plans including electrical, lighting and telephone installation sketches must be submitted to the IWA-ASPIRE 2019 Conference Secretariat by email to info@iwaaspire2019.org and the Official Stand Fitting Contractor via their Online System at https://os.hk.pico.com/online/public/tologin/186 no later than 20 September 2019 for approval by the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
  • For Standard Shell Scheme Booths, design of the self-standing panels or self-standing banners within the booth area must be submitted to the IWA-ASPIRE 2019 Conference Secretariat by email to info@iwaaspire2019.org no later than 20 September 2019 for the review of the Organisers.

# Bank Transfer:
1. The Conference Secretariat will send the bank details to you upon receipt of your submission.
2. All bank charges (inbound or outbound) should be borne by the remitter and cannot be deducted from the remitted amount. Please ensure and give instructions to your bank to this effect. If charges are deducted and the payment received by the Organisers do not cover the total fees, the difference will have to be reimbursed to the Organisers on arrival at the Conference.
3. A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the Conference Secretariat by email once the bank transfer is arranged.
