Personal Information Collection Statement

The personal data provided on the registration form will be used by the organizers of the 1st International Conference of LevelMind@JC: Community-based Youth Mental Health Service Development Under the Global Framework for Youth Mental Health and the Conference Secretariat for processing registration and general preparation work to the Conference. By giving consent, your contact details will be forwarded to Department of Psychiatry of the University of Hong Kong (HKU Psychiatry) for their future scientific activities after the Conference.

Academic Accreditation for Local Participants

Academic accreditations will be applied for the Conference and details will be announced in due course. Please select your affiliated college / association for CME accreditation.

The Conference will be held via a virtual platform on 22 - 23 April and 25 - 28 April 2022.
The programme is at Hong Kong Time (HKT time zone: UTC+8 hours).
The conference programme will be conducted in English unless otherwise specified.
