New Affiliate Fellow


Special discount rate will be provided to the Affiliate Fellows of The Hong Kong College of Community Medicine and the fellow admission fee will be waived. If you would like to join as new Affiliate Fellow to enjoy discount rate and free admission fee, you are required to (1) download and complete the application form HERE; and (2) prepare a cheque at HK$275 payable to "Hong Kong College of Community Medicine” for the Annual Subscription Fee.

Please mail the application form together with the cheque made payable to "Hong Kong College of Community Medicine" to the following address within 2 weeks of your registration:
