Preferred Way of Participation (For the Main Meeting)

According to the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we are going to present a high-quality and comprehensive programme via a hybrid conference. While a Virtual Conference will be broadcasted through the live-streaming platform, limited number of seats will be reserved for physical attendance at the meeting venue.   All the optional workshops will only be held at the meeting venue physically.

Notes:

  • Physical participation is arranged on first-come-first-served basis. Seat availability and final arrangement will be announced in mid-November by email. 
  • All participants are required to scan “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code and enter to the Venue by your COVID-19 Vaccine Pass with QR Code (under the Vaccine Pass Direction issued by the Secretary for Food and Health pursuant to the Prevention and Control of Disease (Vaccine Pass) Regulation (Cap. 599, sub. leg. L) upon arrival. Click HERE for details. 
  • In the unexpected event that the Meeting is physically cancelled or all seats at the meeting venue are fully occupied, delegate who selected physical participation might be switched to virtual participation automatically.
