Preferred Way of Participation (For the Main Meeting)
According to the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we are going to present a high-quality and comprehensive programme via a hybrid conference. While a Virtual Conference will be broadcasted through the live-streaming platform, limited number of seats will be reserved for physical attendance at the meeting venue.   All the optional workshops will only be held at the meeting venue physically.

Notes:

  • Physical participation is arranged on first-come-first-served basis. Seat availability and final arrangement will be announced in mid-November by email.
  • All physical participants must scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” code by using the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application before entering to the meeting venue. 
  • In the unexpected event that the Meeting is physically cancelled or all seats at the meeting venue are fully occupied, delegate who selected physical participation might be switched to virtual participation automatically.

Optional Workshops
All workshops will be held physically in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Only ASM Registrants are eligible to register for the workshops. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Workshops may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment.
