1.Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.Registration will only be processed upon full payment. 3.The eligibility of the LMIC rate is based on the location of your affiliated organization rather than your nationality. 4.Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you do not receive the confirmation within two weeks after the submission of your registration, please contact the Conference Secretariat. 5.Request for refund will only be accepted for cancellation of registration before 15 October 2019. A 50% administrative fee will be levied. Cancellation of registration must be requested in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Refund will be made after the Conference. 6.Replacement of registrant is allowed provided that the replacement is from the same organization. A written request must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat by the person to be replaced by 15 October 2019. 7.The programmer of the Conference is subject to changes without prior notice. In the very unlikely event of cancellation and rescheduling of the meeting, the only liability of the Organizer is to refund 100% of the registration fees. Privacy Policy Statement: The personal information you provide to the Conference via abstract submission will be treated in strict confidence and will be used by the Conference for publicity and communication only. The Conference will not disclose any personal information provided by you to any external body or organisation unless you have been informed or it is required to do so by law.
