Registration Category

The eligibility of Low, Middle Income Countries/Economies (LMIC) rates is based on the location of the registrant's affiliated organization rather than nationality. The list of Low, Middle Income Countries/Economies can be viewed at the World Bank's page here.

Registration for STUDENT presenting/first authors of abstracts will open when abstract acceptance notifications are sent out by 31 August 2021. Full conference registration fee will be waived for STUDENT presenting/first authors whose abstracts are submitted and ACCEPTED via the abstract submission system.

*By International Bank Transfer:

        -  A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the Secretariat by email once the bank transfer is arranged. 
        -  All inbound and outbound bank charges for remittance should be borne by the remitter and must not be deducted from the fee. Please give clear instructions to your bank. If charges are deducted and the payment received by the Organizer does not cover the total registration fee, the difference will have to be settled by the participant.
