The information on Registration Form is to assist us in preparing your participation in the Meeting. All the information you provide will be restricted to the Organizer and its appointed agent for the purposes of registration and related administration procedures for the Meeting.  You have the right of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Secretariat by email to hkspraasm@icc.com.hk.

Please be reminded your membership status will be verified with individual college / association. If your membership could not be verified, you will be asked to renew the membership OR join the membership OR pay the difference of the non-member's registration fee. If you fail to do so, your registration will be cancelled and no refund will be arranged.
